Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully, as they establish the basis on which bookings for Dorjee House & Rooftop Cafe are accepted. These terms apply to bookings made directly via our website and payments processed through our designated payment gateways.

1. Booking & Payment

• A valid payment method is required to confirm your booking.

• Rates are subject to change without prior notice, except for confirmed bookings.

• Your booking is only confirmed once you receive a booking confirmation email from us.

• Guests must provide proof of payment within 48 hours of booking. Failure to do so may result in cancellation.

• Any banking fees related to the transaction are the guest’s responsibility.

2. Check-In & Check-Out

• Check-in Time: 01:00 PM

• Check-out Time: 11:00 AM

• Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.

3. Early Check-Out & Departure

• The property reserves the right to charge an early departure fee if a guest checks out earlier than the confirmed departure date.

• If a guest chooses to shorten their stay, a penalty charge may apply as per our cancellation policy.

4. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 7 days before check-in are eligible for a full refund.

• Cancellations made 3-7 days before check-in will incur a 50% charge of the booking amount.

• Cancellations made less than 3 days before check-in are non-refundable.

• No-shows will not be eligible for refunds.

5. Use of Facilities

• Guests are expected to maintain decorum and follow safety protocols.

• Any damages to property caused by guests may result in additional charges.

• We reserve the right to refuse service or cancel bookings if a guest is found violating hotel policies or engaging in unlawful activities.

• Guests are expected to respect the privacy and comfort of others staying at the property.

7. Limitation of Liability

• Dorjee House & Rooftop Cafe is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property during your stay.

• Guests are advised to secure their valuables as the property is not liable for lost or stolen items.

8. Modifications & Updates

• We reserve the right to modify, amend, or cancel bookings if they do not adhere to our terms & conditions.

• These Terms & Conditions may be updated periodically. Continued use of our services signifies acceptance of any updates.
